It is an incredibly tough time to fundraise currently, as there are so many organisations locally and internationally doing amazing things.
In the UK and locally in Hertfordshire we are facing unprecedented price increases for gas and electricity plus food and the basic essentials. This means that there will be less to give generally and this worries organisations like ours hugely who are completely self-funded.
It costs us at least Β£25,000 to run Hope House annually β this just covers the rent, utilities and other essential bills. We would like to open more supported living homes in the future to help even more people with addiction and homelessness
